Nolan’s Pub is the life long dream of its owner Craig Davide. Craig grew up in Dunedin and fell in love with the neighborhood pubs downtown. After his son Nolan was born in March 2011, he decided it was now or never. Craig wanted to create a neighborhood pub where everyone could come, feel comfortable, and socialize. His hope is that all who enter as strangers leave as friends.
As in a lot of couples, there is a dreamer and a realist. As you might guess, Craig is the dreamer, and Kristy is the realist. She grew up in Sebring, FL and was introduced to Craig by his own father after having worked together for many years in St. Pete. Craig and Kristy have been happily married now for 10 years.
Obviously the namesake of the bar, Nolan is Craig and Kristy’s energetic 4-year old son. Born the day after St. Patty’s Day, Nolan was part of the inspiration for an Irish bar. You may see him visiting his Daddy on weekday nights.
Quinn, Nolan’s little sister, is now 3-years old. Everyone asks, “Nolan has a bar, what does Quinn get?”. We’ll let you know as soon as we figure it out.
